In front of the flat is a terrace with a view of a wooded area with a small lake and stream. A covered parking space is available in front of the flat. The holiday flat is the perfect starting point for hikes, bike tours or for a visit to the nearby Robinson adventure playground, the rope park in the forest or the tennis court (10 minutes walking distance). The Malbun ski area is only a 20-minute drive away or 45 minutes by public transport. Shopping facilities for self-caterers are nearby (3 minutes by car).
